Excellent small and compact cupping device. I was skeptical to think it wouldn’t really do the same as other cupping devices i’ve seen, but this device really gets the job done. I’ve been able to cup my own back, legs, and arms- and I do feel like I have relief from the tight muscle pain! The suction is adjustable and strong. You can set it on a mode that lets you glide the cup if you’re looking to do that. Easy to use and navigate because of the elevated buttons! I definitely recommend to those who have upper and lower back pain. It’s easy to place them on your back yourself, don’t have to worry about it not quickly sticking to your back at all. You won’t regret it!

This worked great about five times. Now it will just turn on for a split second and automatically shut itself off. I have charged it overnight multiple times so I know it’s not a battery charging issue. Please advise how I may exchange this as I no longer have the packaging.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with an electric cupping device, but this one completely surprised me. It’s so easy to use, just pick the suction level and heat setting, and it gets right to work. Within minutes, I can feel my tight muscles loosening up, especially after long days at work. If I could give this zero stars I would. It doesn’t work at ALL. The red light comes on and it sounds like it’s working but there is ZERO suction. WASTE of time and money DONT BUY THIS GARBAGE.

This device offers a powerful cupping experience. I started off on the lowest suction strength as advised in the brochure, and find that it delivers as promised. It is a powerful grip that pulls up the skin. I gave it 4 as the USB cable was not charging the device. However, by the following day, I received a full replacement. I am giving it time to see how long it lasts as when it is plugged it, I see dashes on the LED display but no actual number to indicate the percentage to which it is charged. Because, it was pre-charged, I was able to use it without an issue, so let’s see.

6 months after purchasing 2, both units barely last 2 sessions before the battery dies. Charger isn't a lightning-speed charger, which is what I thought all newer generations of lithium batteries used..... if im even able to get them to turn on. I have to shake the unit around to get it to kick on. It's a shame because when they work, they work great. But the quality isn't there. 2/5 on quality 4/5 on function After seeing this review, the company has reached out and offered a full refund for these, which to me, says a lot about the company, so kudos to them for that.
