Amazing Product
I am Doctor by profession bought this amazing product kent Dew Humidifier. It is working perfectly fine. I'm using in my clinic operatory along with other heating device, it maintains the humidity in air. Best part is its large tank capacity of 4 litres and light blue led lighting. Easy to use and with no disturbance of with any sound.

Kent humidifier
Total waste of money. Don’t buy this product. I purchased a Kent humidifier from Amazon it stopped working within just 15 days. After multiple follow-ups, I finally got a replacement from Kent, which itself took around 20 days to arrive. Unfortunately, the replacement unit also stopped working after a few days. Very poor product quality and disappointing experience overall. No reliability, no value for money. I would strongly advise not to buy this humidifier.

Worst product & service
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the Kent Dew Humidifier that I recently purchased. Within just 5 days of usage, the product developed a water leakage issue, which resulted in a short circuit with visible sparks when I attempted to turn it on—posing a serious safety hazard. I promptly raised a service request via the Kent app, only to find that the product was incorrectly marked as “out of warranty”—despite being well within the initial purchase period. Although I received a message stating that a service engineer (Harish) would visit, no one ever turned up, and the service request was closed automatically without resolution. This pattern has now repeated five times: I’ve raised multiple complaints, and each time, the request is closed without any action taken. No engineer visits, no follow-up calls, and no resolution. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on Kent’s after-sales support. Not only was the product defective, but your support system has completely failed to provide a remedy, even for a product under warranty.

Smooth air, better sleep
Been using the Kent Dew humidifier for a while and honestly it’s pretty good. Super easy to use, quiet, and keeps the room feeling fresh especially helpful with dry air and AC. Clean design too, doesn’t look bulky. Definitely a nice addition for everyday comfort 👍

The cap on top doesn't close properly. I am amazed at how piss poor the quality is!
