Hi, the filters are in plastic sleeves within the small boxes

Can you tell me why the first time i ordered them they came in a box like advertised but the second time they came loose and i had 19 not 20

First time I ordered they were loose in envelope, very annoying!!!

How thick is the filter in millimeters ?
