I am very particular when it comes to head, beard and stash shaving, trimming and edging. Tried various brands and types of implement over the last 20 years. This bit of kit has blown me away. Firstly, it is not cheap to buy, and the replacement blades look eye watering compared to others. However, the pay back is a plenty. I don't use it for straight forward conventional shaving, so for that you will have to read other reviews. I use it for pretty much every other thing and it is ACE! I use no cover on the blade to do my cheeks above the beard, the top of my head where there is the few annoying sprigs and where my beard ends and I shave my head (half way up the ear) for a clean edge to the head shave. No foam needed. Gets really smooth in my opinion and no rash. Next, I use the number 3 (3mm I think) attachment to keep my stash at a level I like (in keeping with my beard length which is maybe 9mm). It's very manageable in the under nose arena. Not as manoeuvrable as the Philips 1000 I used to use, but this is USB rechargeable and more multi functional, so... Should you be a manscaper, there are two yellow attachments. One is good for pit hairs. Doesn't make it look like you have whipped em all off, but it keeps them from getting all tangled in the lawn mower or kitchen waste disposal if you are in a string vest or moobs-a-kimbo. Now the prize gem (and I use the word gem as we are also talking crown jewels). One yellow attachment is for thine nether regions. Got to tell you, I've used other tools such as hedge trimmers and bic razors, all with the risk of nicking a scrotal wrinkle. And I have had those unfortunate eye watering and passing out moments. With this baby, I am like a ninja on phet wielding a samurai. no dramas and no pulling myself along the floor shouting "medic!". May not be as smooth as a baby's yet-to-be plum sack, but it is damn good. The result is a teabag worthy of Yorkshire finest purveyor. OK, last point. Yes the replacement blades are £££, but I have had this for 14 months and I am still on blade two of the three it came with. I use it only as described every 3 days (plums/pits more like every 2 months). They claim 3 months per blade and I believe this is not the far fetched marketing of some things I have used. There's my thrupence-haypenny, do with it what you will.

My son (16) uses this daily, good quality, small so portable. He finds it good to keep his tash and goatee trimmed and sharp looking. Can’t comment suitability for someone with more facial hair.

Very nice, easy to use and conveniently lightweight. Does the job well and my son likes it a lot.

I would never go back to a normal razor. This is much quicker and easier and if you have a style to maintain you can actually see what you're shaving because you don't need foam. Very close shave for electric, not quite as close as wet but much less chance of in-growns so that's a win in my opinion. Excellent quality, especially for the price, waterproof and easy to use. I even bought one for my grandad who is almost blind and was missing bits when shaving. He loves this and gets a good shave every time now!

I like this but sometimes does not give the best save. Although this is essential for a very hairy person who cant be bothered to shave all the time.

Offers an easy close shave where wanted and I don't find myself fighting to get that last little hair with this. It fits nicely in your hand also making handling easier. Feels well built and solid, I rarely charge it infact I can't remember when I last needed to.

Tenía bastantes dudas antes de comprarla porque siempre había utilizado las típicas máquinas de barbería y me habían funcionado bien. Al final, viendo las buenas opiniones, decidí darle una oportunidad y después de casi un año utilizándola prácticamente todas las semanas puedo decir que ha sido una buena compra. Al principio me costó un poco cogerle el truco y alguna vez el afeitado no me quedó precisamente perfecto, pero desde el primer momento se nota que es un producto bien construido y bastante práctico. Para afeitar a ras funciona muy bien, es rápido y cómodo, y las puntas facilitan bastante el marcar los bordes de la barba. Lo que más me ha sorprendido es la batería. Dura muchísimo y en todo este tiempo creo que la habré cargado unas 4 o 5 veces como mucho, utilizándola semanalmente. Para mí es uno de sus puntos fuertes. Como parte negativa, hay que tener un poco de cuidado al utilizarla. Si no mantienes bien la máquina sobre la piel es relativamente fácil que pellizque o enganche alguna zona, algo que no me había pasado con otras máquinas que he utilizado. Cuando ocurre, además, duele bastante. En general, después de casi un año de uso, estoy satisfecho con ella. Tiene sus pequeños inconvenientes, pero para el uso diario/semanal que le doy me resulta rápida, cómoda y muy práctica.

Voor het eerst gebruikt, beste trimmer wat ik tot nu toe heb gehaald! Maakt je huid helemaal zacht. Moet alleen nog de ervaring van de batterij mee maken:)!
