This is really good paprika. The aroma, flavor, and intensity are all on par and delicious. There's no clumping, mold, fungus, nothing like that, it's great consistency throughout. It blends really well in soups, sauces, stews, marinades, etc., and is great directly on meat. I love the amount you get, too, it lasts a long time. Very happy with this.

Excellent product. This was a reorder, for what has come to be a staple among my spices. It gives delightful zip to everything thing from a green salad w/ chicken strips, to soups, to homemade mashed potatoes... Yum! Shipped quickly, arrived intact, in a padded mailer.

It's really good, but what if there's something impeccable like Michelin home spices. Adds great flavor of fresh pimiento and smokiness.
