I have ADHD and take Adderall. I wanted something to take on the weekends instead of my adderall. I don’t feel like this helped me focus. If you haven’t ever taken ADHD medication it might work great. I gave it 4 stars because I didn’t notice any side effects but could t give 5 stars since I didn’t feel any change.

No bad taste. Easy to swallow. No smell.

I've been taking this for about 3 weeks and I can tell a definite difference it helps with energy and focus I would advise anyone to try it.

So far I think it works .. I am a little bit more focused or if I start to wonder and think of something it pops right in my head instead of having to wait a day or so to get it . .. I’m still taking it so hopefully it gets even better
