How do i remove the plastic cap from these bottles ?

push the plastic cap down and then twist off

I was meant to recieve 3 of these as 3 £12 but only one has arrived

Depends if it on 8 or 12 cause afer the 8/12 hoours it shuts of 16/12 hours and stars up again, & 1,2,3 have diffrent seconds of this mist spray, if tha helps
