I had major surgery on my mouth unable to eat real food I am lactose intolerant and vegetarian so not easy to find anything to get into my mouth These drinks are great as can use feeding cup slices despite down well with no problem great sent for another lot different flavour Low sugar content as well but the nutritional needs managed with this Bit sweet had no heartburn so a happy bunny I am usuing drinks to regain weight loss and nutrition

Brilliant, tasty meal replacement that because I can't handle food at the moment am using this to maintain vitamins, minerals, fibre and hunger without overloading my system.. I mention what I was doing to my doc and he said OK. Personally I love all the flavours but I don't like their "lite" version because all I can taste is the sweetener yuk🤢 I really rate these ready made food drinks so now buy in bulk.

I love the Huel drinks which offer complete nutrition not just protein, however, I have found them to be extremely calorific and this means I do end up consuming many more calories in a day than intended. Especially with the number of carbohydrates in those drinks alongside the protein. This, however, is the same nutritional and protein benefit but with less calories and carbs to ensure it is lean protein. Love that it’s vegetarian-friendly, includes incredible sources of omega-3 such as flaxseeds which is also a source of fibre. Each drink is filling enough that it can be used as a meal replacement. These are expensive (hence 1 star less) but generally in comparison to other protein shakes I don’t think they’re that different. Tastes great almost like a very healthy sweet treat. Thinner consistency than the normal or black Huels though, would be good if it was slightly thicker.

This suits me very well 190 calories for 25grams of protein hardly upsets the daily flow, keeps blood sugars stable, stops cravings, protects muscles and I also eat normally within my very controlled routine . Tastes great, very easy to drink. This will be making a regular appearance as a big part of my diet going forward post mounjaro, pre second hip operation and post hip operation for recovery ensuring my body gets what it needs to heal fast and well.

Great product with great taste good value for money

Tastes slightly different but worth it for the less calories. Fills me up the same amount as the 400 calorie drink, I am very pleasantly surprised by that.
