It doesn't have a divide line, but could be cut with a pill cutter :)

How many (ug) is the daily maximum dose?

Good question.. I took one a day for health reasons and didn’t have any problems. However I’ve just looked the recommended daily dose is between 400-800 mcg I hope this helps.
