I used this air mattress for 3 week long trip from Tennessee to California. I used it in my suv. So I know nothing could have punctured the mattress. The first and second night, it worked well. After that, it won’t hold air for more than 10 minutes. Complete waste of money. I ended up having to get hotel rooms instead of camping in my SUV like I wanted to do. I can’t get a replacement or a refund since our trip ended outside of the allowed refund window. I haven’t even been able to speak to the company about the possible issues. I can only speak to Amazon through a chat or a call. But not the actual company that makes and sells the product. I advise anyone looking for a quality air mattress to choose a different brand and use a different company. You won’t be satisfied with this one. This is the second air mattress I have purchased through this company and the second problem with leaks.
