I love the grounding sheets. That's the only bedding that I purchase for myself and my daughters. Always guaranteed a good night rest and the pains are quickly gone.

I feel like I wake up more rested when I sleep with this sheet.

Have not noticed any difference

My wife made me purchase the grounding sheet against my judgment. In my opinion this is a scam. No change in sleep pattern for me or my wife we both monitor our sleep pattern on Apple watches.

I have a Grounding Mat for bed but it was not comfortable to sleep on. This half sheet is great, just the product I was looking for, much softer and more comfortable than the Grounding Mat. I folded this sheet under the mattress and secured the four corners with the clips provided. It stayed flat all night and didn't roll away.

I love mine. Use it everyday on top of my sheet. Yes, I do notice that my energy level has increased. Also notice the energy appears cumulative and gets better.

I notice reduced general joint stiffness, and my partner and I both seem to need less sleep with this sheet positioned across the bed at the lower leg level. We also tested it using a conductivity pen. Great product for the price.

Find that by morning it has bunched up below our feet. Works its way loose from under the mattress. Sheet remains under the mattress but not tightly. We should also note that we have a 14” deep pillow top mattress so not sure if thats the issue. Thunking of pinning to the fitted sheet but not sure if thats the answer. We are not restless sleepers either. Given this happens most nights i am not sure if we are getting the benefits.

What I like is that so far the grounding sheet appears to be helping me sleep. I would though recommend a full size sheet as this one is difficult to keep in place.

First day felt inflammation was down. Sleeping better.
