Don’t buy it if you have Xbox

I bought this a while back and have now spent a lot of time using it on several games, but especially on several of the Assassin's Creed games. This controller is phenomenal for such a low price. It's just the right weight, it feels really solid, and the buttons and switches are all very good quality. It's highly responsive and very comfortable to hold for long periods of time. I have mostly used it on a PC, and most games that support a controller just detect it and set the buttons all optimally with no further configuration. I have used it on a Switch a few times, and it works well for that. I have not tried any of the other system options that it supports, but I would expect that it works as well on those too. The fact that it can work wirelessly or via a USB cable is great. This controller was a replacement in my PC gaming for an XBox One controller I was using, which also works well when plugged in via a USB. I really prefer this one over the XBox controller.

Works great on pc. A suped up version of an xbox controller. Has magnetic face plates and hall effect joysticks and even has a 2.4ghz wireless dongle for superior latency.

I purchased the smx x10 controller in September 2024 the controller is good the micro switch buttons are nice, the overall size is smaller than most which could be nice for someone in need, personally I prefer a controller a bit larger as per my hand size but that is a personal preference not a manufacture issue (it is as some claim I suppose, "size either does or doesn't matter?") the issue I have currently is with the warranty, 1 year from the purchase date as I understand, it has been 4+ months at the time of writing this and I have sent an email with a picture of the warranty issue as well as Proof of purchase and have never received any reply, I understand it is sub $100 but if your going to promote warranty, honor it.

For the most part, this gamepad works well. It's responsive and easy to use, and changing the faceplates is easy. However, I bought it specifically because I've gotten sick of analog stick problems, and in that respect I've been disappointed. After less than a year of use it's already starting to have issues, developing a dead zone in its upper left corner. Given how it's advertised, that's a major disappointment.

This hand controller unit has good ergonomics and feels good in the hands. The controls are intuitive and function as expected. Good gaming controller.
