Work well with black irrigation PE line
These work exceptionally well with 3/4" black polyethylene irrigation feed/distribution line bought at your local big box store, strongly suggest using Murray cinch clamps.

Perfect for closing off my livewell when not in use.
I have a flow through livewell with no means of closing it off when I'm not fishing. This means I am lugging around and least 300 lbs of water at all times. I installed a new aerator pump and while I was at it I installed this shutoff to prevent water from flowing into the livewell when not needed. The barbed ends fit perfect into a 3/4 id reinforced hose. I can now save some fuel and picked up some more fuel. Seems to be solid built and good value. Hopefully they last well.

Handy Functional Valves
Great for routing multiple branches of drip systems. I also use these for controlling the flow of my rain harvesting barrels (maintaining balanced water levels or isolating a barrel). I’ve been using them on the drip network for years.
