The product is very good, and the installation was completed within two days of delivery. The noise level is low, and it cleans utensils really well. Overall, I’m satisfied with the performance.One suggestion for IFB would be to provide a slightly longer inlet pipe, as the one included may not be sufficient for all kitchen setups.Before purchasing, make sure you have both a water inlet and an outlet point nearby. In my case, the existing tap was already connected to the washing machine, so I had to replace it with a two-way tap and purchase longer inlet and outlet pipes separately. I also had to install an additional 15A power socket near the dishwasher. These are installation requirements worth checking in advance to avoid unexpected extra work and costs

Every wash cycle leaves pools of water on steel, glass, ceramic, and plastic utensils, requiring manual drying.I raised 5–8 service complaints and had 5 technician visits. I used only IFB-recommended detergent, rinse aid, and salt, and followed all instructions. One technician insisted I install a ₹2,500 water softener, claiming it would solve the issue. It didn’t make any difference, and the problem remained exactly the same.The technicians were unprofessional and inconsistent—different explanations were given on different visits, and one senior technician verbally admitted the machine appeared defective but refused to record it in writing.Despite repeated follow-ups with IFB, Amazon, and the National Consumer Helpline, the issue remains unresolved. Very disappointing product and an even worse after-sales service. I would strongly recommend considering other brands.
