I love these! I am a small female and have a lot of trouble finding leg and arm things (in this case, I’m talking about weights). These fit me great!! They didn’t slide up and down on my ankles which, is a big bonus! **Also, you can move the triangle pieces apart from each other (still attached / on the bands) and that lets it expand further for a bigger size! They are pretty heavy duty, good quality and, MAN, the velcro on these sticks very well (did I mention VERY well?!) On a personal note, I really like the way they look and feel (wearing and to the touch). Note: I haven’t had them long enough to need to clean them so, I can’t help with that. Hope this helps

Perfect for small wrists! And the pieces are adjustable to get the right fit. They stay in place and the velcro is strong, no slipping and sliding. I use them as both wrist and ankle weights 2x per week.

These weights are adjustable and very affective for working out. You can barely feel them and they are very easy to use

I love these. They are snug however comfy to wear. They give me a good grip for walking (training my ankles) and are also adding more resistance to arms. Snug enough that they're not in the way. I did lose 1 of these ankle weights while running though, however, I'm executing caution with my new ones (same brand) and the Velcro has to stick all the way to wear them safely. My fault. Definitely a good purchase in general.

I purchased these as to add a little weight to my daily activities and they do just that. The Velcro is strong, the assembly is simple, and the material is flexible with just enough stretch. I use these both for my ankles and wrists and have no trouble interchanging. I also love the sleek black design. I was contemplating buying bala bangles prior to these but now see no need. Problem solved! The exterior of the individual weights can Assisi easily be wiped clean. Highly recommend!

Have been a great addition to my workout. Adds some weight to go with your exercises. The perfect weight for arms or legs. Stays on your body without falling off. I bought the black pair and it was easy to use and remove.

Love the idea of these but the band is so uncomfortable. I can’t wear them on my ankles, and they only last for a little bit on my wrists
