Review: Excellent overview of business process change models - This book covers an impressively wide range of business change models, an excellent reference book and creative toolkit for a practising manager whose role covers business change (whether people, process or technology-oriented) or for a business studies or MBA student looking for ideas and models to make sense of the various components of business transformation. I would recommend this book
For anyone who's interested in design thinking, I would recommend this book. It is packed with information, lesson, tips on how to apply design thinking into transforming your business, organisation and plan for the future. Since the amount of information is really rich, it would be overwhelm when you start. I would advise you to apply these lessons in real life to help you easily understand how these process work. However, this is a good book for those who want to practice design thinking regardless your background.

Read this, there is way more to Design Thinking than what is freely available online
Fantastic book. If youโre designing anything, product or service, then you will raise it to the next level after reading this. Donโt just read whatโs on the internet about Design Thinking, get to really know it with this book. Iโm a Systems Engineer involved in designing large and complex systems and this complements the well established design life cycles, and will enable you to put the user first.

[I] don't "get it."
What a lot of words, but what does it say? Apparently "The Tetris blocks will guide you through The Design Thinking Playbook". Can't see how that worked. Perhaps the rubber dog would have done better. And why does the digital manager look like he's stealing a laptop?

A really good intro to the whole topic. First steps definitely doable but if you want to be an expert, much more reading will be required

Excellent content, non linear writing and excellent guide to understand the Design Thinking pillars. A lot of good ideas to adapt our mindset to the current tendencies.

Dit boek mist scherpte, is een beetje wollig, en er staan te veel subtiele grammaticale (en soms logische) foutjes in die de leesflow verstoren. Het companion book "The Design Thinking Toolbox" is eigenlijk veel nuttiger.
