I want to give it a 4 star review because I wish they were larger for more contact area in case they come loose however I am going with a 5 star as I feel like most people would prefer the smaller size for their privacy. Within 20 minutes I didn’t need an alternative. They stick well even without cleaning I recommend holding them down for 20-30 seconds. Not 10. Already I am making progress. And they were very cheap. I had no side effects or skin issues. I got the entire pack as I didn’t know what size to use which was convenient because you can tear the larger ones in half to be the middle size.

This is my second go around quitting after I broke bad after 10 years nicotine free. 2024-2025 has not been kind. These patches are *much* better than Nicoderm. First, they are much thinner, and roughly 75% the size as the name brand for the same dosage. Additionally, the adhesive does not cause a rash as the Nicoderm ones did. The adhesive stays strong all day, and as long as it is applied evenly, it does survive a shower just fine. They are translucent and blend in much better than the other brand's large bulky patches do. The effectiveness seems similar. Within 1/2 hour you will feel the effects, and it seems to lowly build up over the next hour. I assume this will depend on your skin however. I've had not issues with these over the last week using them at the 21mg level. I barely notice I have it on and a few times forgot to remove it when I went to bed. Let's also talk about the price. The name brand will cost you ~$140 for 6 LESS patches over all 3 levels. The 7mg seems to work and I appreciate the small size. What I didn’t like was that the inactive ingredients that are not shown in the available information before purchasing — acrylate adhesive, aluminized polyester, and methacrylic acid copolymer. I did a quick search and the aluminized polyester is used as a backing (on the outside), which was good news. The other ingredients are generally considered safe and are sometimes used in transdermal applications. I would appreciate more transparency and these appear to be a bargain. Am using them with a few Zyn pouches each day.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but these patches helped me quit smoking. I am on week two and have no doubt that I will be continuing this till I no longer need them. They stick really well even working in a hot factory, I had no issues with them staying in place. I remove it before showering and put on a new one once I’m ready for the day. Great value for the money and very easy to use. I 100% recommend these to anyone wanting to quit smoking. Take the leap you won’t regret it.

These are not easy to work with, especially for someone who might be older or has a difficult time seeing paper-thin wafers that are not marked as to which side to peel, and they can also get in the way of cutting the packet open. Why? They are extremely thin and difficult to even feel inside the wrapper. What's more, I'm not a smoker, but I use the patches for the numerous health benefits associated with nicotine. The patches my local drug store sell are 100 times easier to use. My suggestion would be go back to the drawing boards.

So far so good. I vape and wanna stop. The patches don’t help 100% but they definitely help with the cravings. Every time I try to stop cold turkey, I go right back due to the cravings, the instant insane bad moods, shoving food in my face. I can go a good 5or 6 hours without thinking about vaping and if I keep busy, even longer. My skin does not get irritated and I have sensitive skin and adhesive usually breaks me out. They could be a tad bit more stickier. Some times I have to put hospital tape on top of the patch depending on where I place the patch. I would say they are pretty effective and durable. I will purchase again.
