The product was easy enough to unbox and plug in. Was able to easily see the game menu, but neither one of the controllers would connect (with multiple sets of brand new batteries). They just kept flashing blue and red. Unfortunately, I can’t find any way to contact the seller for support. The ‘product support’ feature is a canned Amazon menu for various consoles that result in no help. Next step on that path is to call Amazon for product support?!?I’ll have to return the unit due to non-functionality.*Update* after letting it sit overnight, the controllers now pair. I'm assuming the stick needed some charge to allow the connection. Unfortunately, the three games I chose (all NES variety) don't function - no buttons are active. Still returning.

More than half the games are unplayable. You click Start and nothing happens. Sometimes some buttons work and most of the time your stuck playing player 2 for some reason even if you switch the cheaply made controllers. Feels like if you dropped them once you would have to replace them. Also half the games were in Japanese which isn't all bad but may not be good for most players. Great idea. Poor implementation.

I am missing the USB for the controllers. Never got it in my shipment. I can some how play some games. But NES games can't play any of them. The controllers don't do anything. Disappointing. That's the main reason why I got it.

This is a terrible product. The instructions are very hard to understand and say nothing of how to download the games (I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew you had to download the games). Overall, VERY disappointed!!

This product is trash! The games I actually wanted to play wouldn't even work. You hit the start button and nothing would happen. Do not waste your money on this! This product is a scam!

I took the advice of some people promoting it and used an external USB to power it and still only got 10 game demos to work. Not full games. Demos. Out of possibly 20,000. Save your money for something else.

Scam

Bought this system and wasn’t expecting much. Plugged in and it has a ton of games and they looked great. Several repeats but not a problem as many major games are there and good catalog.But the controls don’t work on pretty much all the games. Missing functions on some games, can’t even start others! So while the games look great and have a wonderful selection, you can’t play them.Looks like I will be returning this!
