Great value!
I bought this to replace my 4-year-old laptop, partly because my old one was starting to run slowly, but mainly because I wanted to start gaming. This machine has been fantastic on all fronts! There's no lag or weird glitches while I'm gaming, the picture is clear and focused, and it's a great value for the price. I would definitely buy this again!

Great for the Price
Surprisingly good for $600. It won’t be able to play brand new AAA games super well but anything older than a year it will be able to run. The display is very nice too.

Great Product, Slight Shipping Confusion
The product was exactly as described on the website and I’m very satisfied with it. However, my order was shipped to Ecuador, and the delivery schedule provided did not accurately reflect its arrival timeline here, which caused some confusion. Overall, everything was very good — just a small issue regarding the shipping details.

you get what you pay for. for high end graphics get anything with more than 8gb of vram
I've been out the loop for gaming laptops for a while, but I needed something cheap that could do more than my steamdeck. This gaming laptop will play FFVII Rebirth on low settings and Cyberpunk just fine, but it will not be able to handle medium to high graphics settings. The GPU only has 8GB of vram which limits you to 1080p graphics hence the low settings on AAA games. If you want better graphics get anything with more than 8GBS of vram, otherwise this laptop will work just fine. It feels cheap, the keyboard is cheap and not a good experience typing on it, the touchpad is a little too sensitive and it sits a little to the left of the keyboard making it awkward to type on the keyboard. Overall the price is right for what you getting.

Seller Misled Me, Amazon Did Nothing – Buyers Beware!
The seller (SPTT LLC) completely lacks ethics. I bought this laptop in July 2025 because it was advertised as having 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD. At first, it seemed fine, but soon it started freezing randomly, forcing me to restart over and over. Every restart takes forever, and the system keeps showing messages like something is being installed. I reached out to HP support for help, and after a detailed check, they told me something shocking: this laptop was tampered with. The original configuration was 8 GB RAM, and the seller just added another 8 GB to make it look like 16 GB. That’s pure deception. When I contacted the seller, their response was unbelievable: “The laptop supports up to 64 GB. Send it back to us, and we’ll repair it and return it to you.” So first, they tampered with the product, and now they expect me to pay to ship it back so they can fix their own mess? That’s not just bad service—it’s unethical. I reported this to Amazon, but all they did was forward my message to the seller and then stopped caring. I’m still trying to get Amazon to take this seriously. This laptop is under warranty, and I paid over $700 for it, only to find out I was cheated. This is unacceptable, and I feel completely let down by both the seller and Amazon.
