I loved it! It helped me a lot with recording videos and taking photos. The quality of the entire kit is excellent! It's perfect for beginners or for anyone looking for something smaller for occasional recording or something easy to transport.

Started doing product review and this is the perfect set up for taking small item photography - need a bigger one as well

Love all the different backgrounds and especially love the light and shadow boards! The paper is of good quality and I appreciate that it came with a carrying bag for all of them, plus a little bag for the brackets and clips. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars, is because the background paper doesn't really fit down into the brackets easily and doesn't sit flush with the bottom. This may not be an issue for most, but imperative when taking pics because you can see the little space/gap. The bottom paper fits great, so I'm not sure why the top doesn't. I've attached a picture to show what I'm referring to. I've found that if you just sit the top paper up against the back, without trying to for it into the brackets, it'll sit flush. You then can use the clips to secure it as you'll see in the 2nd pic.

This setup is useful for taking simple product pictures. It includes different background options and the lighting is decent for small items. It’s easy to assemble and store.

Excellent product very helpful

I love this backdrop kit. It came with way more than I expected and each board is double-sided, which gives you so many looks to choose from. The quality is really nice for the price and the textures look realistic on camera. I’ve been using them for food shots and small product photos, and they’ve made everything look way more professional. It also comes with a carrying case and drawstring bag which makes storing and organizing everything really easy. It also comes with brown bag so you can carry everything!

Pros: I really like the two gobos/shadow boards. The background stand itself is actually a table top v flat with white, silver and black sides this can come in handy Cons: It is super flimsy. The backgrounds are some kind of treated construction paper. I doubt the coating would make them truly waterproof and I wouldn’t try. They should be thought of as consumables that will need replacing. This is not a purpose built, engineered product. It is simply a kit cobbled together from leftover V flats, and some paper. Overall, I think the parts are better than the whole meaning the mini V flat and the gobos will outlive the backdrops themselves. I intend to use it for microstock and well as product photography, but I will pick up some pvc sheets to use for wet projects.

I’ve been using these backdrops for a couple of weeks now and honestly - such a game changer! They really simplify the content creation process, especially since my home isn’t super “Instagrammable.” Great quality and definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

Works great. Would go for a bigger one. A variety of different colors and it came with a reusable bag to hold the supplies in there.

This is a good quality photography backdrop for SMALL items. All the background are good and useable. There is wood, marble, stone patterns, as well as solid black, white and multiple colours. I would say I was happy with all of them and none of them looked cheap. HOWEVER, I am a baker and I wanted something to help me take good photos of my projects. If I were to take photos of very small cakes or single cookies or small desserts, this would be great. But I do tiered cakes and this definitely is not big enough. The camera must be focused in quite closely on the subject, to avoid the surroundings. Also, there is a very clear separation between the base and the background sheets, which I think looks clumsy in a photo. But the brackets, clips, and shadows boards are all solid products.

Love the size and background options! It’s not very sturdy, but I can make it work and use it often to photograph treats for my home baking business.
