Bigmuscles Nutrition Creatine [257 G,83 Servings]|Blueberry|Micronized Creatine Monohydrate To Support Lean Muscle Repair & Recovery,Powder,1 Count

If you’re looking for a no-nonsense, budget-friendly creatine that gets the job done, **Bigmuscles Nutrition Creatine** is actually a pretty solid pick. First off, it’s creatine monohydrate — which is exactly what you want. No fancy marketing gimmicks needed here. Monohydrate is the most researched and proven form of creatine out there, and it works. Strength goes up, recovery improves, and you get that fuller muscle look after consistent use. Bigmuscles sticks to the basics, and I respect that. **Mixability:** It mixes fairly well in water. You might notice a little bit settling at the bottom if you let it sit too long, but that’s normal for creatine monohydrate. A quick stir or shake and you’re good. **Results:** Within 2–3 weeks of daily use (3–5g per day), most people notice: * Better strength output * Improved endurance during heavy sets * Faster recovery between workouts * Slight increase in muscle fullness It’s not magic — creatine isn’t a steroid — but if your training and diet are on point, this definitely enhances performance. **Quality & Purity:** For the price range, the quality is impressive. It’s unflavored, simple, and doesn’t come with unnecessary fillers. If you’re someone who just wants effective supplementation without paying premium-brand prices, this makes sense. **Any downsides?** * Packaging could feel a bit basic. * Like any creatine monohydrate, if you don’t drink enough water, you might feel mild bloating. **Who it’s good for:** * Beginners starting supplementation * Intermediate lifters looking for cost-effective creatine * Anyone stacking with whey protein or pre-workout Overall, I’d rate it **8.5/10** for value and effectiveness. It’s not flashy, but it works — and with creatine, that’s really what matters.

Taste is too sweet for me but the results are good , so all well

The performance is great but the added taste is deal breaker. Quite good for the price used to be lot cheaper before the huge fitness scene. I simply take a spoon around 3 gms without any water and has no side effects for me, in some rare cases people say this thins our hair but that might be the DHT. Price and taste are the barriers for me.

It's so much sugary like , is it for a 2 yr child or for gym going person, please don't buy it

Couldn't trust the authenticity given nuts how sweet it was

I am on the 4th container right now, I alternate between this and NAKPRO based on price. A bit too sweet for 500 ml of water. 700ml + it's perfect. Mixes very quickly and better flavour than Sex on the beach

This bigmusle Creatine really good and working excellent 👌 and comfortable for your pocket and also take less time to show results 7 to 10 days you can see that you are lifting heavy weight in a gym.

Amazing must buy with ice cubes
