I bought this to put on the bottom of this bench and it worked really well, I attached it with a staple gun. The appearance is just like real cane, I’d never know it wasn’t. It was a bit difficult to cut but that’s probably more of a comment on my scissors and not the cane. Very nice!

This is not at all resembling the item I thought I purchased. Is not what is advertised. It is straw and not plastic and extremely hard to work with.

Ok. So I had to do a lot to make this material look good. First of all, it unravels SUPER easily, which is horrible when you’re trying to work with it. It was very difficult getting it installed on this cabinet. The color is also very yellowish. I wound up white washing it with some paint after I installed it. I had to use a hair dryer to get the wrinkles and dips out, which worked great. It definitely served its purpose for what I needed it for, an inexpensive way of updating my cabinet. The end result is pretty good.

Used as a covering for a cabinet door and it looks amazing!
