Amazing . Couldn’t get on a plane without it now

Bought for 20hrs total long haul flights with stopover. It didn’t transform my economy seat into a luxurious experience but it was comfy enough for me to want to bring on every long haul flight from now on. There are much cheaper alternatives but I wanted one with a flat, sturdy base even though it was more than I wanted to pay and I’m glad I chose this one.

Very noise fabric, sounds like youre opening a packet off chips, hopefully the plane noise drowns it out!

I sometimes have difficulty reaching the footrest on an airplane or coach seat, and they're not always the most comfortable. This is an adjustable hammock footrest and it's quite intriguing. The concept is pretty simple - a hammock that can be suspended under a tray table to support legs or feet. I've never seen one in use but I understand how it works and why someone would want to use it. The hammock comes in a storage pouch and folds up to A5 paper size. It is stiffened by a removable board (it's a bit of a struggle to remove from its zippered pocket as it's a snug fit and has a Velcro fixing to hold it completely in place) and has an adjustable strap to accommodate different widths of tray table and desired height. So far so good. I tried it out on my computer workstation, which is a lot wider than an airplane or coach tray table but the idea's the same. I was surprised at how secure and stable it felt even though my keyboard shelf moves! It wasn't a completely fair test as I had to sit quite a long way back from the footrest (because of the width of the workstation) but it gave me a good idea of how it works in practice. I trust the strength and integrity of my workstation and I would hope that most seatback tray tables are equally as strong, but that remains to be seen. I am due to go on a long coach journey soon and I will definitely try this out - I'm hoping it helps relieve my puffy and stiff ankles on long journeys. I think this will either become an absolute 'must pack' or a bit of a white elephant novelty, but at £15.99 (as at 22 August 2024) I think it's worth a try.

I did quite a lot of research before buying this, and am pleased to say that I’m very happy with this product. I am only 5 foot 3 inches and struggle on planes as my legs tend to go numb because my legs are too short and it’s uncomfortable. Once we have taken off and are allowed to put the tray down, i set the little hammock up, take my shoes off and it was so much more comfortable. I was in the window seat so the stewards were unaware that it was there (apparently they don’t allow them if they know) but they couldn’t see it. If you were on the outside seat they might notice. I will definitely use it again.

Great item, makes flying in economy a little easier

I'm 5'4" and on long flights my legs ache so much. I absolutely loved this, it was a complete game changer being able to put my feet up a bit and it was fine using it with the tray table closed. Opened was fine to, but I wouldn't trust that my knees wouldn't knock things off the table so I just let the foot rest dangle with. It kept it's shape well and did not turn into a U shape. Would definitely buy again.

Don’t bother not worth the money, I’m only 5’3” it was still uncomfortable

I did not expect much from this item with this price, but the quality is great! Being a frequent traveler, it's always a pain not knowing where or how to place my feet on the plane, especially if it is not fully on the floor (as I am small). I look forward to using this on my next flight! The strap is adjustable so it can be adjusted to your level of comfort. The middle part is stable just like I am resting my feet on a hard surface, which is what I need. It's also light weight so I can easily carry it on the go. This is a life saver for my feet comfort on long haul flights.

La fibbia è dotata di sgancio rapido, per cui, una volta trovata la lunghezza giusta per la cinghia, non la devi più aggiustare ogni volta. ✅— La cinghia è bella lunga, per cui puoi usare questo aggeggio anche solo per tenere i piedi appena sollevati da terra, allo scopo di toglierti le scarpe e appoggiare i piedi su una superficie pulita. ✅— Ha una base rigida, secondo me più comoda rispetto a un modello amaca senza nerbo, ma la base, se preferisci, la puoi semplicemente sfilare. (Non si sfila senza il tuo permesso, perché sta dentro una tasca con zip.) Ottimo se vuoi lavare l’aggeggio in lavatrice, o in full immersion nell’acqua saponata. ✅— In aereo, lo puoi appendere al tavolino. In treno o in corriera, al sedile davanti al tuo (tra il poggiatesta e lo schienale). In casa, lo puoi appendere sotto la scrivania (se trovi un sistema per riuscirci, ad esempio due ganci grandi a S come ho fatto io) oppure a un cassetto aperto, se tieni la sedia davanti a una cassettiera. ✅— Se i tuoi piedi non toccano terra quando sei seduto con la schiena appoggiata allo schienale, questo aggeggio ti farà stare parecchio più comodo. ⚡— Il rivestimento non è liscio né fresco, quindi non piacevolissimo se è estate e hai le gambe nude. Imbottito in memory foam: sì, ma non aspettarti un cuscinotto morbido in cui lasciare le tue impronte. L’imbottitura è sottile sottile. Tuttavia, i tuoi piedi (o polpacci) ti saranno comunque grati di questo piccolo contributo al loro benessere. P. S.
