This was a great read. I’ve been on a self help run for the last few years. This truly is an eye opener. Easy read and you walk away with some great information.

Simple yet powerful. One of the exercises helped me move past something that I had been hung up on for a long time. It helped me realize I didn’t do anything wrong and accept that something’s are not forever.

This was a well written book about letting go not having attachments to avoid the letdowns we all battle, it was right up there with all the other self help books that I've read. A pretty good & light read

Bought this after my divorce in hopes it would give me guidance and a positive outlook. This is more of examples of other people. I felt like I was reading things like, you should get out more and forgive, it helps you feel better. Then 5 examples on why you should do that would follow...I got bored quick
