I am 58 and have sleep apnea. I sometimes struggle to stay awake during the day even having some caffeine drinks. I decided to try one of these shot drinks and fell in love with this Stacker 2 B12 Açaí Pomegranate shot and I tried several shots. I like this one so much as it doesn’t make me jittery and it boots my energy in a prolong manner. I take it in the morning and just eat lightly during the day and I am good until early evening. It also has helped increased my metabolism which helps me with my weight. I was worried about being addicted to it but I can stop using it easily. However, I notice the difference so when I need energy, I take a shot. You also might try taking half in the morning and half in the afternoon if you drink coffee.

My get up and go, got up and went a long time ago. I have tried other types of stimulents and B-12 is better. Don't drink the whole ounce at once, you will be bouncing off the walls. Just a sip here and there will get you through the whole day. Takes a while for your body to get used to. Best to spend your energy way before bed time. If you don't then it might wake you up from a deep sleep, your body says hey wheres the juice. That only happened once. You can get all your chores done from the crack of dawn till about 3pm for me and I just call it a day. Sleep comes easier and you are restful ready for a good nights sleep. It is such an important and natural vitamin, highly underrated.

I love these! Price is good and so is flavor! I think they work better than the other name brand version. I have MS and these really help me combat fatigue. No jitters or crash

I like this product because it comes in little individual shots, good pick-me-up (from caffeine) and some B vitamins at the same time. You and I already know about the caffeine warnings, so I personally choose not to use but 1/2 or a 1/3 shot at a time. Just a little does it for me. Label claims to contain B6, B12, Folic Acid, and Niacin. It uses Sucralose as the sweetener so 0 calories if that matters to you. These are the things that I look for...you make your own judgments. The taste isn't bad.

I love this for energy and alertness. Started using this years ago when my friend found it at the dollar store.well my friend went on to heaven now and I,m 82 and still drink it every morning.I just drink Half a bottle and am ready to go. Dr. Says it is great for me. Love it.

I've tried all kinds of energizing (strong coffee or tea, or a different brand of small energy shot bottles like these or a powder mix or Monster etc), but I always come back to this one; this one always give me energy. Most of the other ones have a terrible taste or make me jittery and sometimes they don't even really work all that well. I've used for years now. I hope you have a similar result.
