The number of electrical thing that have accumulated on my desk is a little silly.. My 3 consumer power strips were full and I had yet another new addition to the desk. Should I get rid of something? Heck no! What I needed was a bigger, better power strip. Enter 20 Outlet Heavy Duty Metal Socket Power Strip with 15ft cord and circuit breaker! When it arrived, I pulled out the old trashy power strips and replaced all 3 with this gloriously engineered power delivery system. All the ways that I adore thee.. let me count the ways.. 1 - The outlets are appropriately spaced so two wall-warts can be plugged in side by side without sacrificing an outlet. This alone is worth the price of admission. 2 - It's mountable, so I grabbed the ole screw driver and mounted this beast right to back of my desk. All those cords that were dangling to the floor are now neatly coiled and out of my foot's kick radius. 3 - The 15ft cord is thick. I'm pretty sure it would support a whole cow provided you could get the cow to stand still on some sort of platform and an appropriate way to attach the cord the platform.. You understand.. it's hefty. I was asked to give stars for "thickness" "sheerness" and "cord length". 5 stars all around. I can't even comprehend why I'm being asked to rate the "sheerness".. This is not a package of nylons or pantyhose. It's a power strip. Don't put your legs in it. Unless you're into that kind of thing.. You do you.

Works great I use it for my stage lighting on top of my rack works excellent was able to plug in all my stage lighting at one time thank you so much

Yes, a wonder! 20 outlets in 4 ft of robust aluminum grade panel. Best option for having the max outlets in the smallest run along your bench. The panel worked fine and looks good. The brushed aluminum effect looks good with any color scheme you may have. Having 15 ft of supply cable is a plus, as the usual 10 ft or less sometimes makes it hard to plug to the source ac outlet in a single shot without using another extension to reach further. I am using at the rear of a test bench, which requires the use of multiple outlets most of time as gear is switched back and forth on the bench. No issues so far. Just buy and enjoy! I found it was worth the little extra for the flexibility of having more outlets. Make sure you do your load planning to avoid overloading the panel, which could happen more easily, as you have sooooo many sockets to play with.

I bought the 20-outlet model, which is advertised as being 50" long with the outlets separated by 2.36" center-to-center. The power strip I received does have 20 outlets, but it is 54" long with the outlets 2.55" on center. Fortunately it fits (barely) where I need it to fit, but buyers with particular space constraints should beware that the advertised length is apparently a mere suggestion. The construction seems good with all 20 outlets able to hold a plug securely. I would rate it at 5 stars if the dimensions were as advertised.

DISADVANTAGES: *The on-off switch is not quite of the highest quality *The length of the power strip can be different from what they claim; for example, if they claim that it's 50 inches long, then it can be nearly 20 inches longer than that *This product is made of aluminum so there is nothing that a magnet can cling on to, other than the 2 zinc-plated steel brackets on the extreme ends, which need to be sprayed with WD-40 and left to dry for 1 week before they are installed to prevent from rusting in the future ADVANTAGES: *The 20 plug outlets are evenly spaced and evenly distributed across the entire length of the power strip *The 20 3-prong female outlets are able to accept up to 20 polarized, 2-prong male plugs, even if 1 blade (the neutral lead plus the ground wire blade) is wider than the narrower blade (the hot lead) of the polarized, 2-prong male plug *Works great!

This power strip is a few inches shorter than my workbench. That means I can plug things in where they need to be, resulting in less cable mess. It comes with two mounting ears that fit in the ends so you can screw it in place. The supplied screws do the job but I ended up using some longer ones of my own. Mounting was easy enough. I look forward to many happy years of service from this power strip.

I bought this for my video editing computer setup like a work bench sort of thing. It works great and provides a master kill switch if you need one.
