This sink drain strainer/stopper is the best! It's so easy to use. It works exactly as described. The strainer catches whatever u don't want to go down the drain. The stopper holds the water in the sink with no leaks and it drains quickly when you are ready to let the water out. I am so pleased and satisfied with this item that I am ordering 2 more. One for the disposal side of the sink and the other to give to my daughter. During the last few years, I have been unable to find a sink stopper that actually works. I am so glad to have found this one! Great price and excellent quality!

I was surprised at how good this stopper/strainer worked. I was concerned that it wouldn't fit snuggly over the drain because it houses the sinks food compactor but it worked great. I purchased a different type which cost a little more and ended up not being able to use it. Great product. Good material. Great price! Will buy it again when necessary.

OMG! A sink drain strainer that actually works as described! We've purchased numerous drains for out kitchen sink and none of them work well. They'll catch the scraps but can't fill the sink, etc. I only ordered one of these to test it out and the return if it didn't work - like the others. To my surprise - I LOVED IT! Easty to empty, easy to clean. Loved it so much I just ordered 3 more! I especially like this brand because it is Stainles Steel rather than copper. Size wise - fits perfectly, snugly, and I can fill and empty the sink just the way it should work!

This strainer does in fact keep unwanted food from going down your drain, and it does look visually appealing and barely notice it's there when you look into out sink. It's lightweight and easy to take the strainer in and out to clean. HOWEVER, if you have a chrome sink like me, due to the height of the strainer some of the water won't go down the sink leaving a water circle in your sink. After I do my dishes, I have to lift it up a little bit to be able to not keep water in my sink.

How simple and clean! Literally just pops right in, where it stays put, then easy push button to fill or empty basin. Absolutely no effort to remove to clean out and it looks better when it's in than it looked before getting them. I have a double basin and put it in both sides. So practical, simple and inexpensive, but seems really well made.

This strainer works quite well; you press the center part down and it locks in your water. To drain, push the center tab and it springs up draining your sink. Yes I would recommend it to others. In addition, it strains any small bits of food or debris out of the water so you can toss it.

Works really well. I tried one of the strainers that was all silicone and fit down inside the drain but it still let small pieces of things like chopped herbs or grains of rice to pass between the strainer and the drain wall. Because I have the slightly larger drain that comes with a disposal, I need a strainer that sits on top of the drain. This works great for that. There is a silicone ring on the underside of the unit that ensures a snug fit in the drain. The silicone "basket" removes for cleaning and does a great job at straining stuff. You don't need a drain cover if you want to fill the sink, you just push down on the middle post and it keeps the water in until you release it. My tip would be to thoroughly wash your sink and drain opening and let it fully dry before you install the stopper, just so it's all clean to start.

I wish I had found this sooner instead of messing with other drain strainers! I love that you just push down and it turns into a sink stopper. Now I don't have to use the ugly generic black stopper that if you don't put it in just right your water will be gone in 5 minutes. This one is easy to clean too, you just lift out the inside strainer part, rinse and pop it back in. Its good quality, easy to install and most importantly, looks good in my sink (I have a stainless sink so I got the gray).
