This device is funny. Great when I'm riding passenger. Small and can fit in a pocket easily. Build like it can last longer than a few years. Wasn't a waste of money

A great value for the price! Its essentially a mini linux device, preloaded with some games and 2 deceant "emulator os" packed full of support for different platforms and alternative options for emulation use. Great buy!

I bought this for my adult son for Christmas. Thought he would like it because it is retro. He received it Decemberc25th and has used it a handful of times. He really liked it. It Worked great until it didn't. Today is february thirteenth. It now will not play any sound. The return window has closed. I tried the suggestions on site to fix it. They did not work. Iwould give it less than one star if I could. Too expensive not to work. Would not recommend.

Great starter emulator. A few notes after trips with this thing: Battery - Excellent, no issues there. Screen - Bright and clear enough. Feel - For someone with bigger hands it can be a bit akward, but not bad. Feel is good. Setup - Mine came with many games as advertised, but if you want the most out of it, pull the card and add more roms. Capabilities - This unit ran games up to PSP without many hiccups or changing any settings. For the price point, you can have hours of fun with SNES, N64, PSP, PS1 and much more.

The only downside to this product is the fact that it does not support the Linux operating system garlic OS. Quite saddened by this.

I had bought the RG40 version and I loved it. I wanted to buy another one for my kid and this one is a tad smaller in size but using it to play games that require triggers feel better. The selection of preloaded games are nice. The psp games and even the ps games look great and load quick. Battery life is good. Played with it a few hours and still have solid charge. The console feels very sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap. Easy to use and lots of functions and options to play with for customization. Again, these consoles are amazing!

Wish I could give 3.5 stars because it is an ok emulation console. I reviewed the RG35xx plus and gave it a 5 star because it does its job amazing. This one for whatever reason has screen tearing issues out of the box. I flashed new firmware and put my roms on here exicited to jump into mobile N64 emulation. But it struggles to emulate N64. In fact I had to rewrite the disk image onto my SD card because I broke retroarch trying to make stuff playable. It’s just not the best for N64 emulation, shame, it does ps1 and Dreamcast ok, minus the screen tearing. TBH the screen tearing issues really annoying and MY RG35xxplus doesn’t really have that issue at all which is strange. So i don’t think it’s a chipset issue, I think it’s a actual build quality issue on mine.

I've had this for a while now and it is very enjoyable. The D pad and analog stick are perfect, very premium field to this unit at a low price. And it comes loaded with so many great games that this is such a good value. I just got back from a trip with it and the battery lasted the entire long plane ride. If you love retro games then this is a definite purchase.
