Second to spending it, one of the best parts of making money is counting it up. Though, this does become a bit tedious after a while. And this is where the Cassida 99000r excells! The machine is able to count by value or by number of bills. It also can sort by denomination or by face/orientation. It can flag mixed denominations, or currency, and detect counterfeit bills. We were pleasantly surprised to find the counting machine incredibly well packed, with tamperproof tape. They made be a USA-based company, but the outside of the box says "Made in China." The touchscreen is easy to use and intuitive, and the external display is handy, as is the ability to export a "report'. We ran a stack of bills as a test and it was spot on. We we shuffled the bills up a bit to test the sort, face, and orientation features, too. All worked flawlessly. It's a simple flag and remove process- the machine kicks out the offending bill into a 'defect' pile. Overall, we are very happy with the machine. It's perfect for anyone who works with cash- it's a huge time saver and, having tested it a few times, I trust the machine without question.

We used our counter less than three weeks and it started having problems taking the bills in. I contacted the tech-support line 3 separate times. Each time they took all of my information and said they would have somebody get back to me. I called in three times and I sent one in on their website. The machine seems to be pretty good, but I have a problem and no one will call me back.

For test video I only ran a few bills through but have since ran quite a bit more along with some known counterfeits and it has worked flawlessly, easily detecting and separating the counterfeit bills. It's fast, accurate and I'd say a great counter for small businesses that deal with cash on a regular basis.
