I bought this to use in my laundromat to start adding ironing to our services. This machine works very well and even tells you when to open so you don’t burn the clothes. Way faster than using a small hand iron.

Nice iron press. There is a bit of a learning curve as to how to position garments before pressing. I started practicing pressing scarves on a low heat setting. I then proceeded to press cotton fabric; that's when I found out that the unit was defective. The steam just went "puff puff", only a few droplets came out but no steam. The press was not able to reach the appropriate heat setting, which is 180 degrees. As soon as the indicator reached 178-179 degrees the temperature started automatically dropping about 10 degrees. I contacted the vendor and they immediately accepted my return request. The downside of this entire order is that I got charged $65. to have the unit sent to me and then I had to pay for the return shipping which was $87. So in total I paid $152. in shipping costs. It would have been nice to either get a prepaid return label or received a refund for the return shipping costs. All in all a very expensive endeavor. So, buyer beware, you may end up spending lots of money on shipping costs just to end up with a product that is defective or that doesn't work properly.
