The product is different than the first time I redirected. Looks different and does not melt like it should. It ends up very thick and sticky and white. I received it the day I got a refund on my second delivery. I opened one of the suppositories to compare and it's the same as last order. It's like the medicine you use for yeast infections now. Nothing like the first product I received.

These suppositories do moisturize, but, the package is exceedingly difficult to open - I have to use a scissor to cut each one open every time. And, while they are easy to get in, they also can slip out easily if not placed properly. I ended up applying them while lying in bed at night. In the morning... they ooze out... not a fun experience.
