Beginner Affinity Publisher! more useful to Affinity suite users
If one obtains this work as an absolute beginner some of the instruction is not relative and is perhaps more useful to someone who has the Affinity Suite rather than the publisher element.

1. Don’t buy this book. 2. Don’t mess with Affinity Publisher 2
There is a double whammy! 1. The app is too far complex. Having used MS Publisher for many years, I have also used Serif Page Plus X6, which has more functions. Both have stataightforward menus. Not Affinity Publisher 2 that is a successor to Serif Page Plus. It’s too complicated with so many buttons, 2. The book compounds the problem. It can’t keep it simple for basic features e.g. fill text boxes, colour and change width of borders. It too quickly gets into more complex functions. The app uses terms as swatches, which you don’t meet anywhere. (A) Avoid Publisher 2 (B) Don’t buy this book. Stick with apps, that have straightforward functions e.g. MS Publisher and PagePlus.

OUTSTANDING AND EASY TO FOLLOW
I just completed studying this book. This book is the best. I have been using Affinity Publisher for a long time and have published more than 20 books. This book teaches many things I did not know. The format teaches each skill in a simple way that anyone can follow and learn using a simple step by step method. It is written for beginners and is perfect for beginners. In my opinion it is ideal for advanced users also. It simplifies even the most complex functions. This truly is a FIVE STAR BOOK. Ritchey Marbury

Embora em inglês, idioma que não domino al'[em das palavras básicas, a forma de explicar o conteúdo e uso dessa nova ferramenta é muito valiosa.

Mooi vormgegeven boek over alles wat je wil weten over Affinity Publisher
Goede verzameling aan schatrijke informatie over Affinity Publisher V2. Alles in kleur. De uitgever heeft mij persoonlijk laten weten dat er gewerkt wordt aan de nieuwe versie van Affinity Publisher V3. Dat is toch mooi!
