You can’t squirt the filtered water into your mouth or cup. You have to literally pull on the spout with your teeth to get water.

I bought this bottle for my Africa trip in July. Unfortunately when I first use it, water is leaking from the sip, very bad. May be that's why the bottle was on sale. very disappointed.
