This is my favorite nail buffer for quick at-home nail days. It’s simple, does exactly what I need and makes my nails look clean and shiny without needing polish.I like that it has all the sides to file, smooth and shine. The shine side actually works and doesn’t leave scratches. It’s gentle enough that my nails don’t feel thin after.I keep one in my bathroom and usually toss another in my bag just in case. For the price it’s totally worth it and lasts way longer than I expected.If you like to keep your nails looking nice but don’t always have time for a salon, grab this. It’s a little thing that makes me feel more put together.

I buy a few of these a year so I always have a good one on hand. This nail buffer has a good assortment of grit/finishes so I can use what I need to get the result I want. I almost never use the black side which is the coarsest and like an original emery board, but I use all the other sides regularly. It's great that there is firm padding underneath the buffing material to keep from pushing to hard and over-buffing. I get a good finish on my nails even though I have fairly noticeable ridges. I don't buff them until they are flat as that would make my nails too weak and brittle.My only complaint is that I think these multi-sided buffers are a bit over priced and it can be difficult to read the number & name of the side (in case I forgot and it's a bit hard to tell by feel).

Always my go to nail file since it has so many board types on one stick. I have to keep my nails short to play my bass and this file is just perfect. I even use the older ones I have for my toenails, they're that strong. Good price and fast shipping.

I've used a chunkier type block in the past, but decided to try this one based on the good reviews. Sadly, I can not rate it highly. It bends easily as I am buffing; the buffing sides are very narrow and I kept getting into the rough shaping emery board as I was buffing, even to the point of cutting my one finger! I was able to get a shine, but definitely not going to use again. I do have large hands and long nails, but was not expecting that the buffer was so narrow that I could not easily do my whole nail without reangling constantly
