I received this collar in medium for my English Bully, who has an 17-inch neck.The sizing was accurate. It fit his neck comfortably, with a couple of inches to spare.The collar itself with the attached battery pack is surprisingly lightweight. Although no instructions were included with the collar, it is easy to operate. A small button on the side of the battery is moved to turn the collar on, with your choice of either a continuous glow, or a blinking light. Charges with a usb, or solar.The light from this collar is VERY bright. I could see my dog moving around the yard at night; without the collar, he cannot be seen at all.Easy to recommend this collar.

I have a black lab and we walk at night. This collor is nice and bright for drivers to see her.
