This little UV Resin kit by Kisrel is a perfect purchase if you've never used uv resin before like me. You get everything you need to start your project , you get 2 bottles of uv resin, a uv resin light, a mat to work on with the resin because its a sticky and may get kind of messy the first couple times using it so its important to use the gloves the kit comes with and try not to touch anything other than your project if you get the resin on your hands. A couple little mixing cups and two stick like things to help you spreed the resin. It's so easy to work with. I used it with glitter to make tags but you can also use mica powder to change the color, it dries nicely, thick and feels durable. I would recommend this kit to anyone and its so affordable to try especially if you're just starting.

Has the very basics you need to start UV resining the day it arrives right out of the box!Nice larger sized UV light makes curing fast n easy.Two-100gram bottles of resin allows you to experiment without feeling under pressure to buy more resin before your ready.The other goodies included keep your hands clean and provide a workspace that allows easy cleanup.This is only literally missing color pigments or mica powder and of course fun add-ins like glitter.The price was crazy low and worth every penny!Kisrel epoxy resin is a brand I have used many times,with consistent results.That said,there are good generics out there,too but when your just starting and kinda need that little vote of confidence,stick with a known brand like Kisrel!Good luck and Happy Resining!

Great product and uv light works great!

The KISREL UV Resin with Light is a nice starter kit. It comes with everything you need for a resin project, including squeeze tops for both resin bottles, a silicone work mat, plastic tools for spreading the resin and removing bubbles, disposable gloves, and the UV light.I used it to coat shrink dink keychains with my students’ pictures to help protect them and make them more durable. They turned out really cute, but UV resin definitely has a learning curve.My only real complaint is that I wish the light could be set to stay on longer. It begins curing the resin immediately, but depending on the thickness, the resin may still feel tacky after one cycle. If you touch it too soon, it’s easy to leave fingerprints in the finish.I also recommend working in bright lighting so you can clearly see that you’ve applied an even coat and removed any bubbles before curing. It takes a little practice to get the best results, but once you get the hang of it, the finished projects look great.One additional tip: if you’re making keychains like I did, be careful not to get resin in the hole for the jump ring. If you do, clear it out before curing. Otherwise, once the resin hardens, you’ll need a small drill or similar tool to reopen the hole.

Gotta plug the light in to use it so I can’t use this in the woods or offshore ( not that I would but it could happen).The resin is fine and light works but plug that in!

Nice kit for the price. The lamp is a smaller than I thought.
