Designer umbrellas Review: I bought this for a cosplay, hence the roses seen in the photos. It's a very nice quality parasol, and the feel of the material reminds me of an Umbrella, so I think it's safe to use in the rain. It's built well and has a nice weight to it when being held. I had no issues ruffling the bottom after removing from the packaging. Review: I anxiously awaited for this parasol and was a little disappointed as the ruffles around the edge was not a ruffle at all. I kept it open for a few days in hopes that the wtinkles would fall out but didn't happen. I love the overall design.
