Excellent product
I have been suffering from Seborrheic dermatitis on my hair, legs, and back of my ears from almost 2 years , I have tried so many products like creams, shampoos , everything but nothing helped me. But this oil did magic. Basically it stopped the itchy feeling and gave moisture to skin and hair so it stopped spreading. I am applying it on my hair and as well as on my legs and back of the ears . I just love this product. Thanks to the team who created this product!

Balm for the scalp meets expectations
So far meets my expectations. Feels so good, soothing helps soften flakes and scalp. Used on 2 separate wash days. Once as prescalp treatment before Anti-Dandruff shampoo. Again as prewash but also a leave-in on spots that had a minor persistant itch. Applied in area after wash at night then again in morning 8hrs later. Itch appears to have subsided. Looking forward to longterm use. I have seborrheic dermatitis and product eases worry of feeding malassezia and adds protection of antifungal element.

Amazing!
I’ve never seen my scalp cleaner. I usually break out 1 day after a wash and this has kept the flakes away. I can actually go longer than a week washing my hair.

Sisterlocks Safe & effective!
I have black hair. It's styled in sisterlocks, it's finer curly hair. I have tried so many things and spent so much money trying to get my flakes, and scalp under control. This is the ONLY product that I have added to my routine. I use this after my wash (about every 10 days) and I'll also use it as a leave in on my scalp twice a week. No not flakes. No more itching. No more red and inflamed scalp. No not scabs. I also use a purifying shampoo. I do not use conditioner due to my locks, but my scalp isn't dry. I just pray that this stays on the market and keeps the same formulary. I'm about to start using this on my kids scalp next. I'd love to become an affiliate marketer for the company. It's great. I might as well get paid to share it because I'll be sharing it!

Best I've tried
I've been using this oil for my skin, and the results have been fantastic. The mornings upon waking up are the WORST for my itchy/flaky skin. It's helped calm my skin, significantly reducing flaking and itchiness without making the problem worse. It's gotten to the point I'm nearly sick of trying products - I've tried lotions and other oils, which sometimes help, but only temporarily as it often flares back up even worse. I still have to use it somewhat consistently but I have been able to go a few days without application and the symptoms seem to have stayed at bay, which is huge for me. I have tried it on my head and in my beard and both areas have worked. Most of the photos are of my scalp now that it has calmed down (minus the flaking in some). Before using it was inflamed, red, itchy, and flaking. One thing to note is that, since it is an oil, you’ll want to be a little careful around clothing right after using it. However, this is a small price to pay considering the relief it provides. I definitely recommend giving it a try.

Moisturizes scalp
I deal with Malassezia and Seb Derm. I also have thick curly 3b/3c hair. In addition to avoiding things that trigger flare ups (I.e. foods, products, etc.), I use this along with the Dermazen scalp serum and shampoo. I apply this oil and the serum to my scalp the morning of wash day and keep my hair up until I wash it in the evening. When I initially used the serum only, I noticed my scalp was flakey and itchy after due to dry scalp. When I added this oil to the serum in my wash day routine, my scalp flaking improved. I have not tried the product alone, but my overall problems with having scaly patches on my scalp have dramatically improved since starting to use Dermazen. This oil does not make my hair greasy after washing, I don’t experience any itching on wash day, and can typically last comfortably for three days between washes. My only qualm about the product is that the product comes out of the bottle really fast and since the bottle is small, the product goes quickly. I know I can adjust the nozzle to make less come out, but when I am applying it on top of the serum, it’s hard to feel the application of the oil on my scalp.

Run, don't Walk and Buy This!!!
The Dermazen MCT oil is amazing. I suffer with seborrheic dermatitis, so I would get this white scale-like crust built up on my scalp. I have been struggling with this condition for years. I would have to wash my hair on a weekly bases to avoid it from getting too bad. The first picture shows what my scalp would look like if I waited 2 weeks to wash my hair. The 2nd picture shows what my scalp currently looks like. Its been 2 weeks since I last washed my hair after I have been using the Dermazen product. My hair still feels moisturized, not dry and brittle and although my hair is dirty my scalp looks so much better than it would normally look and it's also less irritated. The crust has decreased greatly and so has the itching. I don't know if Dermazen will cure my condition but it definitely has healed my scalp.

effective but over-priced
Things I tried before this that didn't work for seborrheic dermatitis and hair loss: prescription-strength ketoconazole, selenium sulfide, coal tar, hydrocortisone, apple cider vinegar, tea tree oil, glycolic acid, minoxidil, nioxin scalp recovery system, rosemary oil, head & shoulders, Dermazen Calming Serum, Pacifica scalp scrub, Pacifica scalp love, biotin. When I started using this MCT oil before bed, my flaking went away within a few uses and my hair loss has slowed down significantly. I also have fine hair that needs to be washed every day but this has surprisingly NOT given me greasy hair. I now use this MCT oil with a rotation of these shampoos: TSal, Redken Scalp Relief, and Nizoral. Dermazen's nutrition guide is also useful, even for someone with a lot of nutrition knowledge. My only complaint is that the small quantity of product and finicky nozzle mean that one bottle barely lasts a couple of weeks. $30 of product should comfortably last me a month and a half. I really don't want to water it down because my water is very hard. I am going to try some generic MCT oils until Dermazen figures out pricing and nozzle issues.
