For what it is, it’s great. I got it for a pinched nerve in my neck. It helped somewhat with the pain. It went from unbearable, to able to work, but in pretty bad pain. I gave it five stars because it’s better than previous tens machines I’ve owned, just don’t expect your pain to disappear.

This is great helping me as I recover from back surgery. I also have frozen shoulder and it has really helped with that also. The charge lasts a long time. Easy to operate/use.

Works amazingly well and is so strong it can hurt if you turn it up to high but set it where you need to and its all gravy from there. Battery on this thing is nuts, two all day sessions and I mean like 7 hours each with both zones well working, still half charge, it took a week, a week!!! for this thing to finally need a charge. The pad are cheap and get dirty quickly but cleaning them is easy with cold water and let them air dry. Has a lot of settings which I have tested and each setting suits a different need or muscle pain or tension so work with what's best for you that feels good. The tips quide it comes with does actually help so read it, and follow the safety warning, this thing will lock you up if you set it to max and aren't expecting it. I bought two, one for me and my friend and we both use them when we have to really put in the physical work at our shop. I have eczema, not bad but not great either and it doesn't irritate my skin so it's good for me, my mother whom breaks out in hives has also said it doesn't irritate her sensitive skin so it's decent there to. But skin is very fickle so always check for a reaction first before use. Not that versatile as it does get yanked on since the cords aren't that long so your pad will disconnd if you have them on your back and you sit down in a chair, you have to have them over your shoulder so they don't pull.

I'm very happy with this TENS unit with 1 exception. The wires disconnect so easily that I have to constantly plug them back in which is super annoying, especially at work. Other than that, it's great. It has a long lasting battery, the pads stick great, and this thing is powerful!

I bought this because I had a knee replacement and I was having the shock therapy during my rehab rehabilitation, but after my rehabilitation, I still wanted to continue the shock therapy around the joint because it helped with the pain so much and I wanted to be able to continue it when I was at home after therapy. Did I say therapy? Lol I also use it for sore muscles whenever I do experience that but it does work awesome as many different modes and the two different size pads work fantastic it does exactly like it says in the information. On some of the modes, some of the shockwaves feel kind of stingy if you set it too high but all in all it works really well. Really helped me out after my knee replacement. I am seven months out after surgery now and I still use it still working terrific.

Compact and powerful. My right side lower back is painful when walking or standing. This helps manage the pain in my 83 year old back when walking for exercise.

I was having a severe low back pain, which led me to purchase this machine. Upon starting to use it, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the RELAX mode was identical to the mode utilized during my physical therapy sessions at the rehabilitation center. This mode can be tailored to meet individual needs. The machine performs its function effectively. The device is lightweight and portable, making it easy to transport due to its compact size. Highly recommended!

I wasn’t expecting much from a little handheld TENS unit, but this thing surprised me. It’s simple to set up, the pads stick well, and the modes actually feel different instead of all blending together. The three TENS settings give me options depending on what kind of flare I’m having...a soft, steady one for sensitive days, a deeper “fist” style pulse when the pain sits under the muscle, and a sharper acupuncture‑style tap that hits those stubborn knots that I get. The RELAX mode is nice. After a few minutes of TENS, switching to the relaxing pattern helps everything settle instead of staying clenched. I like that I can use just one wire when I’m heading out, and it’s still effective without feeling bulky or complicated. The intensity can jump a little if you’re not paying attention, but once you find your level it’s easy to control. The only time it caught me off guard was when one of the modes hit a tight muscle with a sharper pulse...not bad, just surprising. I’ve already recommended this little device to friends and family, and I’ll be getting another one soon because it’s genuinely helped me a lot with my tight muscles. I've also used it for an hour and battery still at full volume. Overall, it’s portable, strong, and actually helpful for managing tension and flare‑ups. For the price, it’s absolutely worth it.

I purchased this TENS machine hoping for some relief from severe upper back and shoulder pain, and it has honestly exceeded my expectations. I have tried Tylenol and even massages, but nothing seemed to reach the spots that hurt the most. This machine has been a total game changer. I feel instant relief when I use it, and I am finally able to sleep better without needing to take Tylenol for pain. The battery life is impressive and lasts for many days even with multiple uses. A great little machine that really packs a punch! It's easy to use and has great safeguards to stop you overdoing it. Comes with everything you need and the battery life is great; it came fully charged and the battery hasn't gone down one notch yet even after a lot of use. If you're after a good reliable TENS machine for everyday use then I would definitely recommend this little beauty!
