HIGH5 Energy Gels, Running Gel for Fast & Sustained Energy, Mixed, 8 x 40g

My daughter is currently training for a marathon so bought these to use. She liked the taste and was happy with the texture. However, when she has tried to repeat buy, they are often out of stock. Suppose that speaks for itself, on the quality.

Have used these before to fuel long runs and find them easy on the stomach and give me a burst of energy. Gels came well packed with long use by date. Recommended.

Brought for my 8yr old diabetic child , different flavours , there were two caffeine pouches I didn’t realise came with the mixed box but I just removed them. Will use again

I always use this brand electrolyte tablets and they work really well with my tummy so I thought about trying their gels too. I had many doubts about whether to try gels in general as I have many digestive problems but this product is just amazing!Taste and price are incredible good. I'm definitely sticking to this brand

Great energy gels for sport. I use for football and taste great

Great taste, but the quantity of liquid in each one, feels like it doesn't quite hit the mark! I prefer the SiS gels as they have more in them and whether it's psychological or not they fuel my runs better. I will use the high 5 on shorter runs, plus they are easier to open, than the SiS.

Tried 2 flavours so far and they don't taste great. But the energy boost it gave me on top of Snowdon for the decent was great 👍

The product is in good condition but the expiry date was 01/2025 ( we’re in January)how am i going to consume it if it’s expired?

I gel sono ottimi non danno disturbi gastrointestinale e danno energia immediata li uso in corsa ne prendo uno dopo un ora e poi a cadenza di 40/45 minuti e mi trovo molto bene
