There is no indication of caffeine..not listed and green tea is usually caffeine free.

I just received this and now it says keto carb focus. Is this the same as the carb blocker? it will not let me order the original blocker.

I don't believe it is. Turns out there's a product that works better...so I might recommend Keto GT.

Is the white kidney bean okay for a keto diet?

From what I read. Use this if your on a KETO diet and want to cheat and eat some carbs. I don't think its going to hurt. I'm on intermittent fasting, exercising and cut back on my carbs intake. I take 2 a day because I usually have a slice of bread or 1/2 bagel in the morning. So far no side effects after using for 8 months and I've lost 32 lbs.
