This is by far the best lotion I have ever used! I had extremely dry skin and have a very difficult time finding lotion that actually moisturizes! I love this one! The scent is mild and neutral. It is thick but perfect for me! It doesn’t feel oily, but goes on smooth. I could feel and see a difference within a day or two of using it!

It seems to get worse every year but every winter I get extremely dry hands. The skin on the back of my hands becomes red, scaly, sandpaper-like, and cracks to the point where I sometimes bleed at what seems like random. Relief is usually slow to come and I often wonder what is greater, the grossness of their appearance or the amount of pain and discomfort my hands are in. I’ve tried many products over the years and settled on one I thought worked well (Tree Hut 24 Hour Intense Hydrating Shea Body Butter) only to see it discontinued last year and replaced with something not nearly as effective but fortunately I found this not long after. This seems to work at least as good as the best product I’ve ever used, if not better. One application before bed (I rub a generous amount into my hands for around 30 minutes while I watch TV), a wash of the hands (don’t want it getting all over everything…), and my hands are significantly improved by morning. In their worst state it will take a couple of days to get full recovery but there is enough relief right away that I’m not constantly aware of my dry hands anymore the next day. There are a few things to be aware of with this product but nothing that really overshadows its effectiveness for me. The first is the smell, it’s not so great. It’s has a strange, sweet, wood-like smell that is very strong. The smell does fade fast after washing and from there it’s not that bad when you notice it but it is enough that I now have a separate towel to dry my hands with after I apply this stuff because the towel will smell after and make your hands smell if you use it again later. Thought I’d be used to the smell by now but I’m not, if anything I like it slightly less now too. The other issue is that this stuff burns when it touches cracks or cuts on your skin. That’s not too surprising for something like this but surprisingly this is not something I’ve had to deal with much with similar products. I felt both of these things were worth mentioning but to be clear they are not enough for me to even consider switching to something else, the downsides are GREATLY outweighed by the benefits here. No pain, no gain; I guess. Maybe 20 - 25% of the tub I got has been used and I think that I’m going to buy an extra to have on hand soon since the price on this isn't bad either.

I wish this were less scented. The scent is very artificial to my nose. It's is pretty thick IMO so if I apply as other butters it's almost sticky and takes more time to absorb. I recommend using a little to apply first and then see if you need more. I have really dry skin and I do think this is pretty moisturizing and it lasts all day for me. With other butters I have to apply 2 or 3X a day to keep my skin from feeling dry and tight. I don't think this is the bestest butter ever and think there's something a bit strange about this butter and the coordinating body wash but they haven't broken me out yet or given me immediate bad reactions and I think they hydrate and soften better than most other products in their category.

I love this soft moistening cream. So easy to spread, keeps my legs and arms from drying out for about 24 hours. Absorbs well.

Works as well as some of the more expensive creams. Smells good too!

Standard body lotion with a faint smell. I wouldn't repurchase it.

This body butter is just like it says, BUTTER! It’s smells so fresh with a hint of grown woman fragrance. I put it on as soon as I get out of the shower and it last all night and even the whole day! Great buy at a reasonable price.

Works wonders on me and my kids dry skin, lightweight, not greasy, and doesn’t irritate our skin
