Very strong taste - Not for everyone
The flavour is really not for me. I have tried both hot and cold and at different concentrations but I find this a lot harder to get down than some of my homemade electrolytes mixes. :( for the price I was expecting a lot better a bit sad can’t return

Love LMNT! And the chocolate caramel is our favorite flavor- makes you feel like you are drinking hot chocolate and don't even notice that it has salt. We ended up getting on a subscription through LMNT directly because we like it so much.

It helped me get off coffee!
I've had the Chocolate and Caramel Salt and I have to say they both taste very similar - the caramel flavor is subtle. I love this drink though especially with a little cream and butter. No more coffee for me and I love this as a replacement and I have more energy! Love LMNT - worth the price!
