Easy to use for a nice clean cut BUT
Easy to use for a nice clean cut BUT double check that your glass is strengthened/reinforced/tempered before or you're just wasting your time (at best)

Good beginner's cutter
There are no instructions. This product cuts circles really well. I tried the product with very little pressure and was impressed with the lack of feathering around the cut. I was impressed that it worked. My usual is a lot of pressure as I am an amateur and obviously with my usual pressure, I had feathering around the cut. I achieved very clean circles without the aid of additional work with mosaic cutters or groziers. The suction cup is good and adheres strongly to the glass. The holder for oil is useless. Oil leaks out like a stream. I used 5ml of oil just to lubricate for trial and it was all on my work and work bench. It is surprising how far so little oil can travel. Will be wary next time. There was a standard cutter included but I haven't tried it.

Does the job!👍🏻
Good value, functional and small enough to sit in side of van, holds heavy duty glass too. Was perfect for job in hand which was to fit a sky light

Cuts circles, but NOT if you need accuracy.
Choose this only if you don't need accurate circles. This is NEARLY a great glass cutter – but it has some major disadvantages. It works fine if all you need to do is to cut circles within plus or minus a millimetre or two. But if you need accuracy (for example, for an art or a craft), forget it – choose something else. It has four big advantages over most other inexpensive cutters: - The built-in oil reservoir. - The movable bit that screws down onto the ruler is made of metal. On many others it is made of plastic, so eventually the tightening screw strips the plastic thread and the device becomes useless. On this device, the metal construction SHOULD allow it to last longer. - It really can cut up to 60cm diameter. - The vacuum sucker works really well, better than others (but this is great ONLY if you can line it up accurately, see below). But it has the following bad points: - The vacuum sucker at the centre does not have markings, so you cannot position it – that is, centre it – accurately. EVERY other circle cutter of this kind that I have seen has markings allowing you to line it up accurately. - The millimetre marks on the scale don’t line up with the centimetre marks!!! Incredible. See photo. - The little calibration screw DOES NOT FIT the tiny bit of metal it goes through. It just goes right through the slot that it is meant to tighten against. I had to search for a tiny washer to make this at all usable. And, that tiny bit of metal was damaged when I received this – or else very badly finished. See photo (the photo includes the washer I added). - The calibration is a PAIN. It is very, VERY difficult. And you need a tiny, watchmaker-size, cross-head screwdriver. Calibration should not be necessary – I think it just indicates poor manufacturing quality control. - The cutting wheel swivels on its holder. This is TOTALLY unnecessary, and I have never seen a swivel on any other circle cutter! By definition, you want the cutter to ALWAYS be exactly perpendicular to the radial arm. One problem is that if you reverse during a cut (I know, you shouldn’t, but sometimes you have to) you get a small curvy score outside or inside the circle. Ridiculous. See photo. - You cannot see the oil level in the reservoir. So the first clue that you have run out of oil is that it stops coating with oil, or stops leaking when you put it down. A shame, as all the faults could easily be fixed. Lasty, when you buy this you get a “free” bag and a “free” glass cutter. All unnecessary, and it shows the device is not really worth the asking price.

Works great! It takes a little practice but it will cut a perfect circle.

Good solidly made. Here's a modification I did because I bought it for paper, etc., but a glass cutter only does glass. I tapped out the 2 bearing sets from above, and unscrewed the screws in the head(so the drill bit doesn't hit), remove the oil reservoir, and widen the hole with a drill press, best to use drill vice. to widen the size to fit a metal body pen knife with a swivel blade(Amazon link attached). Otherwise the blade will fight the movement and try to wander, etc. Then you'll just need the screw that tightens the size adjustment. You'll need to practice, I held it with pressure at the attachment and made sure I continued in the same direction, otherwise the swivel may effect the cut. Hold the material so it doesn't bow when cutting. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0006O5JF6?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

Funktioniert super.
