Working from home with a laptop that doesnt have a mic input for a headset - bought this adaptor - plugged it in, waited until the laptop told me it was installed, then restarted. Works first time,thanks. You may need to change the default sound device depending on the software you're using, but it's right there on the list of devices to be clicked on - easy.

I liked this adapter, it worked well, unfortunately the usb connected point was to poor and ended up bending the internals due to uneven setting, this also has caused the usb port in my tower itself, I've given it three stars as the times disuse it before the issue with usb it was really good.

l bought this to power a Douk single valve headphone amp on my laptop. So glad I did. 7.1 spatial sound setting adds all the treble quality back in where the tube adds the bass and mellow qualities. To quote Z Reviews "this f***s with your sound" and it sounds better for it. Seller was as fast as they promised.

This unit is ideal as a standalone for laptops or indeed any computer requiring a sound card. It also allows a choice of headset plug - 3.5mm three contact of two individual separate 3.5mm for mic and headset.

Awesome little thing, easy to use, easy to set up and good price. Great sound quality.

This card seems to have a mind of it's own. It will switch off at random or sometimes not work at all. Look elsewhere for a sound card this one is cheap trash.

Uso esta tarjeta de sonido a diario más que nada como adaptador, la principal ventaja que tiene es que se puede conectar todo tipo de auriculares y es muy barata. El control de volumen de rueda es más que satisfactorio. El sonido 7.1 es basura, pero eso ya te lo esperas de todas las que tienen "sonido 7.1 virtual", lo único que me molesta es que se activa por defecto cada vez que se conecta y tengo que ir yo detrás a quitarlo. Otros detalles buenos: ¡puedes conectar dos auriculares a la vez en esta tarjeta! Unos van a ir por la toma de auriculares (izquierda) y los otros por la toma de headset (central). Se escucha sin problema por ambos. No he probado a conectar dos micrófonos pero sería un experimento divertido. Referente a la compatibilidad, lo he usado en Windows y Linux con 0 problemas, y algún dramilla en macOS (no se lleva bien con Skype, pero con algo de batalla lo puedes echar a correr), así que bien. Lo único que hay que tener en cuenta es que prácticamente no tiene cable, en portátil no es problema, pero tenlo en cuenta para buscarte un alargador si lo vas a conectar a una torre. Si es lo que necesitas, ¡por el precio es una ganga!

This is exactly the answer I needed. Using it through a random USB on my computer..and it's louder than the original sound. Perfect for stepping up game sounds for footsteps, racing, and others that require deeper listening. I will never buy any other product. This one was awesome. Plus it has a mic jack too. All around great for the price.

Worked well but I had to wait for a bit for the Mac to activate the hardware. Did nothing other then insert the device into my USB 2 ports and after 20 - 30 seconds the Volume Icon became un-greyed. Audio is pretty good... and there is an additional jack for headphones, and one for an external mic so I can use Siri. Nice deal. Thanks. Cable is very short tho (~2-3"), so if you have a Aluminum Mac keyboard, use the keyboard USB port.

Testé sur PS4 pour une entrée micro PC et un casque. Fonctionne parfaitement, reconnu tout de suite la molette fonctionne très bien, par contre le son est de tres mauvaise qualité sur les deux périphériques de sortie. Dommage.
