Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this workbench! I also own a Worx Pegasus - which is a very good bench, but instead of a second one decided to buy one of these. It has some distinct advantages: PROS: 1. Despite made of thick plastic and aluminium - feels rock solid! Saying that it is still super easy to assemble and fold back. This really makes it portable and there is no need to keep it unfolded all of the time if you don't need to. 2. Individually adjustable feet! That's actually a great functionality which is not present in similar workbenches. On the highest setting it goes considerably higher than the Worx Pegasus. Beside being able to adjust it for your personal needs, what I also like, you can fold the legs inside (see the grey aluminium part on the picture) and fold the table top so it becomes super compact! 3. Supports more weight than most people will probably use it for. 227 Kg as a workbench and 454 as a horse. 4. Four great quality Jorgensen clamps, 2 big & 2 small and also 4 bench dogs. The bench dogs can be installed anywhere in the holes in the worktop, but what's more important is that clamps can be easily integrated straight into the table - so keeping stuff strongly fixed becomes super convenient. CONS / TO NOTE: That rare case when I can see no cons really. Maybe just for the orange tools tray beneath - the strip that attaches it to the table is of a bit awkward design and if it pops out - you need to push it back which requires some force. Otherwise, very very solid workbench and with great functionality. Very happy and can definitely recommend. Hope it helps & Cheers!

Never had a workbench before this, I always just used a timber one I'd fired together from fenceboard, but finally but the bullet when I decided I needed a bit of portability. I looked at various reviews and vids of numerous benches and settled on this one, and I'm glad I did - and now I wonder how I ever did without one... This is light enough to carry and folds up well making it very portable, it easily goes in a small van or car, but is a good size when set up for use. The Jorgenson clamps it comes with are good quality too. The way they work with the table is very good, providing lateral and vertical clamping capability, and they're great off the table too particularly as you can join the pairs end to end to make one double length clamp. When set up the table is stable and easily solid enough to work on, and the variable height legs make it suitable for just about anyone. I'd definitely recommend this. Sure it's not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and this is a quality workbench that's well worth the money.

Even better than the advert suggested and certainly gives more flexibility. The way that things can be clamped and held gives multiple useful options. Slight downside is that it is on the heavy side but this is necessary in order for it to do its job. Definitely worth the money!

Only given this 4 stars atm, as I have only recently received this and barely used it. Product is accurately described, it appears well built and is sturdy once set up. I like the extendable legs, allows work surface to be quite high, and improvement on my B&D Workmate, albeit retain that as the vice on that is easier to use then the Pony. The Pony you have to use clamps provided, so a little more effort required, but that perhaps might provide more flexibility, time will tell. How robust this workbench will be is not known, work surface is plastic. My old B&D is not 35 years old and still going strong, but this workbench provides different features, hence why I purchased it. Not disappointed at all atm

Best bench I have ever owned. Light but strongly made. The clamping mechanism is 2nd to none. Very impressive piece of kit.

Strong, well made, looks and feels good quality. I researched beforehand and these seem about the bast at the moment. Certainly better than the WM I have been using for 40 years.

The Pony 2-in-1 Portable Work Table is an amazing addition to a workshop that has limited space or for use at a jobsite. I wish that I had bought one much earlier. I am coming from a 40 year old B&D workmate 400, and this table has made setup, clamping and all round woodworking so much easier. The four Jorgensen clamps are outstanding quality and can be used with or without the table. In conjunction with the supplied wood dogs, you can clamp just about anything, anywhere on the surface of the table. The large clamps store on the lower table shelf, and the new version has no peg sticking up on one end, so the clamps seat easily unlike an earlier version that people had problems with. Both the supplied clamps and my Bessy clamps can be inserted into any of the standard ¾ inch dog holes throughout the table surface to clamp items in a vertical manner. The table sets up quickly once you get the knack of it. From fully collapsed, always step on the bottom foot of the 4 legs and pull up to set the desired height on all legs at once. The variable height is most helpful for different tasks. Having said that, I usually keep the legs set at my standard height and don’t collapse them each time I put the table away - one less step for setup. The rubber straps for keeping the table collapsed are now screwed in at one end, so there is no chance for misplacing them. In collapsed mode, it is very easy to move the table around - light enough to carry, but heavy enough to be stable when working. Once set up, the table is very stable - no rocking on a level surface. On uneven surfaces each of the four legs can be set at different heights for better stability, something which most other portable work tables can’t do. I read and watched a lot of reviews of worktables before making this purchase and I think this is one of the best. I have found the Pony Portable Worktable to be an extremely versatile choice for all around woodworking. I would buy it again without a moment‘s hesitation. A truly great product!

EXCELLENT. Looked everywhere and at all other brands. Finally decided on Pony table. More expensive than some others but WELL WORTH IT. Quickly became indispensable for redecorating apartment and never regretted investment. Vices are strong, easy to fix in table and very versatile (even ordered an extra set). Table is extremely solid and stable. Clamping is easy anywhere on its surface thanks to holes and honeycomb structure underneath.It folds away to a very compact size. Legs are sturdy and easy to extend retract. Do need to be careful though as fingers can easily get pinched when opening and closing the table (instructions also warn of this several timesz). Very satisfied and highly recommend.
