What you see is what you get. No surprise no nonsense glassware. Took a lot of time for delivery (non-prime) but product is good.

Stylish and useful. Can be used in OTG as well as Microwave. Cons: Very delicate, can shatter with a small knock.

Borosil cups very comfortable to use in microwave and very touching to see tea color.

Two cups put of four were broken. The quality of the cups is very fragile. I thought since it is by Borosil the quality would be good. But it was not for what the cost was. Plus the delivery person marked the product as delivered to meet the 12pm deadline but delivered only after two hours by when I already raised a complaint on the website. Product was not packed in bubble wrap considering the product was a glass item. Bad service. Bad product.

The product is undoubtedly excellent and we have been using these cups over a long period off time. I wonder why the MRP has been scraped!

this set feels very good to hold. the glass doesn't seem to weigh that much but, at the same time, has an air of solidity around it. being microwave-safe and having the ability to take the hottest or the coldest content is a bonus. definitely one of the best purchases I've had the fortune to make.

Product is good. But this time service by Amazon n Borosil is excellent. Why I'm saying this ? I recieved 2 of 4 cups/mugs broken so I requested to replace it. within 2-3 days replacement is delivered with safety, no broken cups. Thnks n keep it up.

May your tea glass search end here. Exceptionally light and clean glassware. They are beautifully designed and perfect for everyday use. I wouldn't consider another set of mugs.

The cups are very light and hardly feel like they are glass (if you drop one it does shatter like glass). One of the glasses developed a small hole close to where the bottom and side meet after only a little after a month of use. Not sure why that would happen. I do enjoy drinking my coffee but disappointed that one can no longer be used probably due to a quality defect and one I just dropped and broke.

Very nice glass mugs, they look very modern and unique. The only downside is that they are very light and fragile glass material so it can get broken easily. I recieved my set with one broken mug already. Customer service was great though. They gave me full refund.
