This is a perfect game for all ages. My kids, 4 and 6, can play together (no reading necessary), or we can play together as a whole family, either in teams or with a 10-second handicap for the kids. It's been encouraging my 6-year-old to read, even really long and difficult words! The "extra" illustrations add the perfect amount of distraction and difficulty, and being able to rearrange the board means the game never gets boring. We've already bought this again as a gift, and we plan to get the other versions for ourselves. Also great for learning about biology – I've been helping my kids sort their animals into groups, and it's led them to open up their encyclopedias to learn more. A truly wonderful game!
