I've been running this case a couple weeks now out in the rain, ice and snow this winter and it's kept everything in my solar node dry and secure. The plastic is sturdy (accidentally dropped it on concrete), waterproofing is working (caulk any drilled holes for antennas and such) and the attachment mounts come in handy and offer lots of options. The internal mounting provides you a ton of options for organizing your project whether that's via zip ties or 3d printed parts. The cable thru fittings are a great touch as well. It's a perfect enclosure.

Great little box. Used this for wall mounting 12v AC landscape lighting as a single point of management and expansion. Has been working treat. The screw assemble and mounting bracket was impossible to figure out and I am an aerospace engineer :-) Size was perfect with a 16AMP DC/AC destribution board. Both were recommened by Alexa on a shopping search and to my surprise Alexa nailed the combination and my needs perfectly. Locking mechanism is clean and tight. Great appearance, even with the box hidden against the side of my house behind a holly bush. Used a bit of dielectric grese on the fittings where they come into the box and made sure not to drill my holes too large.

Solid little box. It sits outside in the pa weather. Inside is my tank level transmitter electronics. Protected from the weather. It lasts about 3 years before the uv makes it so brittle it breaks. But for those 3 years it does a good job. Metal wouldn’t too hot and fry the device inside. Plastic works well.

TOP NOTCH QUALITY!! Stainless steel latches, stainless metal hangers that are not flimsy, rubber gasket to keep out water intrusion, etc!! Yep!! VERY PLEASED INDEED!! The included plastic mounting plate inside has grid-holes in it that temporarily baffled me as to how I could secure electronic components on it without drilling for screws. Finally, I decided to use very small diameter stainless steel wire, used to safety nuts on military aircraft. The wire does an excellent job of fastening things very securely, with no permanent damage to the plate at all, and is virtually invisible as well!! (I am an electronic tech since 7 years old, and had a Ham radio license even back then, so I am WELL AWARE OF COMPONENT QUALITY when I see it!! You cannot go wrong with this manufactured component!

So far so good. The door seal seems good as it creates a nice tight water-resistant seal. There are NO HOLES so you WILL need to drill your own. Material is rigid ABS which seems to have good strength. Comes with mounting brackets, screws and knockout (cable) glands (2 of them with rubber seals). Was very easy to install. I will be ordering more for jobs.

I was looking for a case that was compact, weather-resistant, and included stainless steel hardware for my Meshtastic node, and this checked all of the boxes. The fit is great. In the picture, you can see that I installed an SDR dongle, a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W with a PoE USB HAT, and a Heltec V3, all inside this case. I did have to move the mounting plate down slightly to make room for the SDR dongle, but overall everything fit very well. Installation was simple. I purchased a third-party pole mount (QILIPSU Pole Mounting Kit, 304 Stainless Steel, 6.9" x 1.9") and used it along with the included hardware from this box. I had everything mounted and ready to go in just a few minutes. Durability appears to be excellent. The latches are very secure, and the enclosure uses a real rubber gasket rather than cheap foam. While I haven't formally tested it for water resistance yet, I don't anticipate any issues with moisture getting inside. Overall, I highly recommend this enclosure and will hopefully be purchasing more of them in the future. Have a Blessed day, and happy tinkering!

Nice box but the inside measurements are not accurate. The box tapers quite a bit and is only 6.1 x 9.9” wide at the bottom, which is not what was listed in the table on the sales page.
