I love it .. I got one, members of my family and friends got it too. Remember guys this is near infrared so don’t expect to have a lot of heat. Use it with methylene blue … it’s amazing. Do your research to learn more.

I expected more; it's completely useless. The red light is not red light therapy and doesn't produce any heat. It's only a piece of plastic plate and the red lamps are not effective at all.
